Application Step 2 - Complete the GSA insurance form to receive certificates

► Members can purchase access to RAV's master Combined Liability (Public and Products) Insurance policy

► Complete your insurance application through the GSA website linked from this form


► Insurance applications can take 2-4 weeks to be approved

► Insurance certificates valid to 31 October 2025 will be sent to your nominated email address

► Insurance certificates valid to 31 October 2026 will be sent by email in late October 2025
